Dominic has been heading GEM’s operations for more than a decade. He has been involved with the SPI family office for over 30 years, managing different businesses. Dominic was involved in the development and operations of various power plants in India and has also held key management roles in business development, project execution and operations management. He has raised capital for various projects and was also part of the M&A team in the family office.  Dominic has completed his Global C- Suite program at Wharton Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s in business.

Bruno Michel is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Engine Maintenance, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the aviation industry. Prior to joining GEM, he held senior roles across the Safran Group, including serving as President and CEO of Safran Test Cells, where he led the development of advanced testing solutions for the aerospace sector.

His career spans strategic roles in MRO deployment, operations management, and international project leadership, including collaborations with major industry players such as Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell. Bruno’s global perspective and proven track record in innovation and operational excellence continue to drive GEM’s growth and strategic direction.

Guy has held senior level finance & accounting positions for over 30 years including 25 years in Aviation. Guy received his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University and is an active Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

Over 37 years of experience in Aviation. Rob has worked & held senior positions at Apollo Aviation, Aerothrust and A&E Support. He is a true industry veteran having participated in more than 200 aircraft & engine transactions and hundreds more in engine repair and refurbishments.

Mr. Ramirez started his career in aerospace industry in 1996 as a powerplant Engineer for an airline based in Mexico City. In 1998, he joined ITP Group for 18 years where he held multiple positions of increased responsibilities up to the CEO level of the USA subsidiary and across the organization chart including Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Foreign Trade and Shop Planning, obtaining long term contracts for more than $200M. Julio graduated as Aeronautical Engineer from IPN in Mexico, holds a Global MBA by Thunderbird, in Glendale AZ and was awarded an Executive Certificate by Sloan (MIT) in Cambridge MA.

Over 22 years of experience in Aviation. Muazzi has worked & held senior positions at TMC Engine Center, NewJet Engine Services and AeroThrust. He is a seasoned engineer with a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds an FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.

Rajesh is the Vice President of Operations. Rajesh has over 23 years of experience in business Operations in various leadership roles and industries that include Electronics-Connect Ware, Packaging Technology, Auto Electrical, IOT Sensing devices and Aerospace. Rajesh brings to the table rich experience in Lean manufacturing principles, 6Sigma and ISO 9001 standards to fuel process improvements and operational efficiency. He has developed and managed suppliers in US, Europe and Asia to leverage global markets. He has been instrumental in several successful acquisitions in the past. Rajesh has an Engineering degree and MBA from SNHU – Manchester.

Mr. Anderson is an experienced aviation professional with 15+ years working in engine and aircraft MROs. His experience was built from the ground up when he worked as an A&P Mechanic, lead mechanic, Quality Inspector, Chief Inspector, and VP. of Quality. Andres spent 11 years working in the quality field dealing with local and international aviation authorities, international standards, and Quality & Safety Systems. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administrator from Embry Riddle as a Magna Cum Laude.
