What We Do: We perform full CFM56 performance restorations, special repairs, piece parts and module repairs as well as engine exchanges and field service support globally. We are a high-performance FAA 145 / EASA Certified Repair Station and a CASE registered organization.
Job Description: Jet Engine Parts Cleaners are responsible for cleaning the piece parts that have been removed and routed to the cleaning department after the engine has been disassembled.
• Cleaners are to remove grease build-up, corrosion products, etc., as well as prepare parts for the next overhaul step using various cleaning compounds and chemical solutions, spray guns, brushes, etc.
• Completes forms associated with work assignments according to established procedures.
• Be able to work in a high-output environment
• Tolerate some fumes, and work with toxic chemicals using all Company-provided and OSHA- required safety equipment.
Qualifications (minimum knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies include but are not limited to):
• Must be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis.
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations.
• As required by the position, must have the ability to wear a respirator as per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 “Respirator Protection” regulations with no restrictions that would prevent the proper use and/or seal of the respirator.
• Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required
• Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations
• Language – English, business proficiency

Preferred:
• CFM56 experience
• Quantum aviation software experience
• Language – English, business proficiency
